Carrington Redux 0.2.0!

Added quite a few things, and fixed some stuff

Changes

• Added a chat system thing
• Added a tutorial
• New weapon (only available to enemies right now)
• Enemy health now increases over time.
• Added a line next to the indicators to show the actual value of the bars
• Changed some colors for improved visibility
• Text now shows how much damage you just dealt (or took)
• Main menu now automatically takes you to the tutorial on your first day, but takes you straight to the tech screen after day 0
